Night Fision Arms, LLC Return Policy
Please follow the instructions to avoid undue processing delays for your return or warranty claim item.
Please enter the information requested via our Customer Service Portal, found on our Contact Us page.
Give a detailed description of the issue you encountered along with a photo of the problem. If your sight is not glowing, please provide a picture in a dim to dark setting, no flash, so that we may see the concern.
Note that the email you are submitting is for a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items received without a RMA may not be processed/repaired and could also be returned.
DO NOT ship complete firearms for slide, optic, barrel, and sight issues. Ship only the slide parts necessary.
For complete firearms, or serialized parts, an FFL will need to be provided to Night Fision Arms first, and all complete firearms and/or serialized parts will need to ship from an FFL.
DO NOT include non-Night Fision Arms or personal property not related to the repair item.
Package items in a sturdy box. High speed shipper processing equipment may tear or destroy less robust shipping packages
In the event the repair is evaluated as not covered under warranty, you will be contacted with a cost quotation. No work will be performed on non-warranty repairs without customer authorization to proceed. Night Fision Arms, LLC reserves the right to either repair or replace the unit at their discretion on warranty repairs.
Packages received at Night Fision Arms without RMA number identified on outside of package may be subject to delays, including refusal and return to sender.
